01. Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in a ban for a certain amount of time, or in a permanent ban. This will not be tolerate at all. If you see any of this around the site, pm me.

02. Be considerate of the other members on This Confession. We're a fair and open community. Behind the user names are real people, and real people deserve to be treated as such.

03. If you read a story, please review it, you do not have to critique it but let them know what you think of their story, most writers like to know when people like their story, or how they can improve it.

04. This is for anyone critiquing a story, please post constructive things, something that the author can actually build on.

05. Internet trolls are simply not allowed. If you do not know what an internet troll is someone who posts irrelevant and controversial topics in order to get an emotional response out of someone. In other words, deliberately being mean. Click here to read more about them.

06. Do not spam, easy as that. Advertisements should be posted in the promote board and no where else.

07. If you do not agree with someone on the site, or if they have offended you in any way, as tempting as it may be you should not reply back using offensive language, be the bigger person.

08. When talking to other members please try not to swear. In stories, poems or lyrics are fine, but when talking to people I would rather we stay away from that as much as possible, it can offend some people.

09. This is basically a no-brainer, but do not post any personal information about yourself or people who know you in real life, such as phone numbers, addresses etc.

10. Signatures must not stretch page, the page width is 700. Your avatars must be 100x100.

11. No pornography images of any kind, and no promoting sites that have pornographic pictures.
